The answer is yes, we ship anywhere in the world. 

Our main supplier has fulfilment centres in different parts of the world, so when an order is placed they will choose the best place for the order to be produced accordingly. 

If the supplier is based in the UK the order will be shipped from the UK.

The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the item. 

We try as hard as we can to keep the shipping costs to a minimum and with one of our main suppliers, they have fulfilment centres in different parts of the world, so they aim to keep the costs down by choosing the production venue according to where the order was placed.

The costs of shipping are increased for tracked packages. Unfortunately we cannot reduce the costs of the shipping as they are in addition to the production costs we pay, but we do try and keep them as low as we can. 

If you do place an order with tracked postage, you will receive an email that will give you a link to show what is happening to your order and you can follow it through this link. 

If you don't choose tracked postage, your order will go out in normal mail, but your email will indicate when it left production to come to you. 

If you find things haven't happened as you were expecting, please do get in touch and we will do our best to help. 

We have a number of payment providers given at checkout. 

These include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as Paypal. If you'd like to pay for items directly into our bank account, do get in touch. 

Our returns depend upon the products produced. Watercolour Collection notecards are ones that are in stock so we can provide refunds for those.

For all our other items these are made to order and we will only be able to consider returns on these if they are faulty and we need to be notified within 7 days from the date of delivery so we can inform our suppliers of the problem. 

Unfortunately as these items are bespoke and made to order, we cannot provide refunds for other reasons such as a customer changing their mind.
