The 1st August marks 2 years since I left the safe zone of my part time job and took the leap into my business full time. What a ride it has been!
There's been lots of challenges over this last year and some unexpected turns. I think this phrase sums it up exactly:
I'd be lying if I said there weren't times when I felt like quitting. But when you talk to others, you find that all those succeeded had times when they also wanted to quit :-)
The latest lesson I'm learning it how to pace myself.
I have 2 speeds by default. FFWD and STOP.
So I'm learning how to change my default settings and pressing SLOW and PLAY more often.
I have spoken to other entrepreneurs and they are saying it's a very common trait!
There will be more adventures ahead, so I'm going to buckle up and enjoy the ride!
